Joseph Baum

Co-Founder

Joseph Baum is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of HiCap Management, LLC. Mr. Baum plays a key role in seeking new acquisitions and financing for the HiCap Portfolio.

Prior to founding HiCap, Mr. Baum was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Bank at their New York Headquarters. At Barclays, Mr. Baum worked on Market Analysis and Client Profitability.

Mr. Baum is a graduate of Brandeis University with a B.A. from its Business Program and is an active member of its alumni association.
